Summer is officially over. I know that because I heard it on the radio and read it on the internet. I can also tell because I got rained on playing disc golf last week. That also means we are getting closer to the Stumptown Winter Series events! Speaking of getting closer, we are very close now to having our first public disc golf course in Vancouver. The baskets have been ordered and all that needs to be done now is the installation. Please mark November 8th on your calendar and plan to come to Vancouver for a great day improving a local park. You'll be fed, you'll feel good, you might even get rained on!

Finally, don't forget to bring your minis to the meeting at Next Adventure. Following the meeting we will be running a mini-disc golf tournament inside of Next Adventure. Watch out for those difficult lies behind the kayaks, under the clothing racks and behind the register!
